The mistakes are so obvious even a spell checker would have picked them up!
And Amazon is still using the wrong cover – that was the mock-up done by the publisher during the early planning stages.
Mind you, I can’t really complain too loudly as the book itself contains one or two little typos that slipped through the cracks in the floorboards of McGraw-Hill’s spell checker when they were prepping the book for printing.
Don’t let any of this put you off, though: it’s not a bad book. :)
