Speaking up in September

I’ve just updated the list of events I’m participating in during the rest of this year, mostly as a speaker. There were more than I thought!

Here FYI is what I’m involved with on the immediate horizon, during September:

noalogoSocial Media – Taking customer service to the next level. [Speaking] London, September 15, 2009. The event title says it all. Organized by The National Outsourcing Association.

2nd Annual Digital Media Seminar “Effective Strategies in Marketing & Communications” Barcelona 2009. [Speaking] Barcelona, September 16-17, 2009. This event brings together senior executives and decision makers from the various sectors of major organisations from around the globe. The event will focus how these organisations are engaging their various brands online via "New Media", of online and mobile content strategies. I’m chairing the event as well as speaking (which I also did for the first event in this series in Barcelona last year). Twitter hashtag: #digitalmediabarcelona.

ciprtrainingCIPR MasterClass: New Media for Old Hands v2. [Speaking] London, September 23, 2009. Continuing the popular half-day workshop first introduced in 2008 and updated for today. Sold out.

Do let me know if you’re planning to take part in any of these. If you have particular points or questions you’d like to make in a public forum like this post, feel free to do that.

You can find outline information on all events I’m speaking at this year in the Events page.

Btw, if you’re planning an event and you’re looking for an effective speaker, the Events page will give you a good idea of what I could do for you (and the speaking policy outlines under what conditions). I’d be happy to discuss your ideas if you’d like to get in touch.
