The Social Media Group and Livingston Communications announced today that Geoff Livingston’s Washington, DC-based company will be acquired by Dundas, Ontario, Canada-based Social Media Group.

He creates marketing strategy, media relations, branding and Internet marketing campaigns for public and private organizations.
