Thursday get-togethers with crayon

I spend quite a bit of time in Second Life.

Recently I’ve been visiting different places I hear about, especially when that involves what a company is up to.

There’s a lot going on in Second Life which I find extremely useful in gaining more understanding about a virtual world and its pros and cons from the business and communication points of view.

How about you? What do you do in Second Life? Or is it a place you haven’t spent much business time in and you think you ought to be? Or not, perhaps?

Well, why not dive in to Second Life tomorrow, share your experiences – and bring your questions – with the crayon gang.

Tomorrow January 18 is the first of a regular series of informal get-togethers we’ll be hosting at crayonville Island. While we’re ready to talk about new marketing, virtual communities and connecting the dots, there’s no formal agenda.

Come and spend 30 minutes or so with us tomorrow starting at 2pm GMT. The coffee’s good!

Here’s where to go –

Clicking that link will launch you into Second Life and transport you directly to the Island. If you’re not yet a Second Life member, sign up for a free account.

Hope to see you there.
