Painless WP 2.0.5 upgrade
Now upgraded from WordPress version 2.0.4 to 2.0.5, which was released late last month. Quite a few fixes in this new release, including a number of security issues. A strongly-recommended upgrade, therefore.
The upgrade was wholly painless as I followed the specific 2.0.4 to 2.0.5 upgrade instructions on the WordPress Codex.
As I experienced no problems with this upgrade (especially not the server 500 error), I’ll go ahead and upgrade my main blog as soon as I can.
