The power of love

iphone3g It’s been hard to avoid reading about the new 3G iPhone, launched around the world on Friday.

Much of what I’ve seen has been about the frustrations and disappointments with Apple’s activation system, resulting in hundreds if not thousands of consumers unable to use their iPhones yet.

Why do people put up with this?

Hell is worth it, says Robert Scoble:

[...] This is the company that can give you a crappy camera. No video. Charge you more than other devices. Make you wait hours in line. Take hours to get your credit card approved, your iPhones activated. And, at the end of it all, make you feel good.

Yes, love is a powerful thing.

I can heartily recommend “Love is the Killer App” by Tim Sanders ;)

For me, Marty McFly and Huey Lewis spring to mind :)
