		<description>it will be interesting to see more on "InBox 2.0" and I agree it would be compelling because, like it or not, the vast majority of people in business today still use e-mail as their primary comms tool. 

Making it better and more social is a far more likely success than multiple generations completely shifting over to another tool or system.</description>
