- Why not setup Facebook group for your business and ask employees to contribute
- It is pretty addictive at times, so why not block it during certain hours, allow access at lunch time.

Having said that, its just the media hyping it up.  Staff have always been wasting time on the internet, it just so happens a measurable percentage is on Facebook at the moment.
